I spent a couple of years in Stuart and the annual threat of hurricane s, near misses and heavy flooding from just regular thunderstorms was enough to convince me not to go back. Stay safe, be smart

All my family is on the east coast of Florida. Don’t move to California, they said. You’ll get earthquakes, they said.

For real though, scary storm. I don’t worry about them too much, we’ve all been through plenty of storms and they have good prep plans in place to deal with it. I’m sure at this point, they’re figuring out who in their neighborhoods will host the best hurricane parties .
